Yes, call backs are fewer these days, and auditions are more prevalent than ever, I believe due to the preponderance of non-union work. I&#039;m wondering if folks are just getting cast directly from auditions these days. In a call-back, I always do exactly what won me the call back... sometimes I get booked...but when I don&#039;t, I gotta let it go fast!
